Why Home Staging with Abode Works

First impressions are so crucial to selling a property. Many potential buyers decide within 15 seconds of crossing the threshold whether or not they like it. Home staging with Abode will help capture your buyer’s interest as soon as they walk through the front door.

Professional home staging with Abode presents an ideal version of your home that is attractive to a wide variety of buyers. Most people do not have the ability to see a home’s true potential, especially if it is empty. Staging helps overcome that obstacle, highlighting the best features of your home. The National Association of Realtors reports that staged homes sell 80% faster than empty ones, and for 11% more money than non-staged homes. Home staging can pay for itself and then some.

Heather helped us stage a newly remodeled three-story Victorian in preparation for an open house. Her unique fusion of contemporary and vintage furniture; simple and eclectic decor was exactly what the space needed. Not only did the home sell one day after the event—but it looked stunning on the HGTV premiere of ‘Steel City Rehab.’ We’d work with the Abode team again in a heartbeat.

Heather Visnesky is a rock star when it comes to creating an interior environment that she takes from ho-hum to must-have, helping us command higher sale prices and less time on market for our clients. She’s hands down the premier home stager and stylist in the Pittsburgh region.
— Dani Gundlach, Inhabit Real Estate Collective
Heather is a phenomenal stager and organizer. Reliable, punctual, and stylish are just a few of her most notable attributes! Can’t wait to work with her again.

I have been working with Heather for a few months now. She is so easy to bounce ideas off of and has a great sense of style. I highly recommend her for interior design or staging.
— Susan Hillman
Heather is a delight to work with. I had been stuck in a rut with my home office for months and she swooped in and turned it into a lovely and inspiring room in a matter of hours. Where I was unable to see past clutter she was able to see possibility. Now I look forward to going in there every morning. Thank you, Heather!

I knew that I wanted to sell my house myself but I was unsure that I could pull it off without any help.
I reached out to Heather after seeing how well her own house showed online and how FAST she sold it. She has great taste and creates spaces that make me feel creative and at home. And it went so well we had 2 full priced offers within a week of listing!

Each home is thoughtfully staged to sell quickly and at the highest possible price. Your buyer may not be able to see your home's potential, but staging with Abode will reveal that and so much more. We pride ourselves on being home staging trendsetters. We love what we do and it absolutely shows in every project. We style the homes we stage with furniture and décor any potential buyer would want to live with, and in fact, many buyers have asked to buy the home’s contents when submitting an offer!
