Why Home Staging Works
First impressions are so crucial to selling a property. Many potential buyers decide within 15 seconds of crossing the threshold whether or not they like it. Home staging with Abode will help capture your buyer’s interest as soon as they walk through the front door.
Professional home staging with Abode presents an ideal version of your home that is attractive to a wide variety of buyers. Most people do not have the ability to see a home’s true potential, especially if it is empty. Staging helps overcome that obstacle, highlighting the best features of your home. The National Association of Realtors reports that staged homes sell 80% faster than empty ones, and for 11% more money than non-staged homes. Home staging can pay for itself and then some.
We'll work with you to find the best solution for your home.
what we do
Abode is a full service home staging and styling company serving the Pittsburgh area. We provide pre-listing consultations, partial and full home staging, and styling for residential and commercial spaces.
We embrace a simple, modern, eclectic style. Abode combines new and vintage pieces to create clean, fresh, inviting spaces. Each home is thoughtfully staged to sell quickly and at the highest possible price. Your buyer may not be able to see your home's potential, but staging with Abode will reveal that and so much more. We pride ourselves on being home staging trendsetters. We love what we do and it absolutely shows in every project. We style the homes we stage with furniture and décor any potential buyer would want to live with, and in fact, many buyers have asked to buy the home’s contents when submitting an offer!
